January 1st

      Mahalo nui! I learned about the Silver Star Range when I volunteered at Vista House in the Columbia River Gorge.

    Hooray!!! Love your blog!!! Glad you are continuing and what a wonderful shot of the mountains-wow!!! I shall be in Portland Jan. 17-23 or thereabouts as my son and his Hawaiian family are coming for his birthday with my other son’s family there…wants to go snowboard Mt. Hood and introduce the keiki to snow 😉

        OH heck no! hahahaha Well, only so far as to let the little boys play in the snow. I gave up skiing years ago (although I wouldn’t mind cross country skiing again perhaps) (not this trip! 😉 )
