I’m so excited! The Violet-Green Swallow keiki are doing so well! I spent a lot of time today, while spinning on my wheel, watching their devoted parents tirelessly feeding them all day long, hardly stopping at all. Where they get the energy is beyond me. I wish I could go down to the pasture and kick up a whole bunch of bugs for them to carry to their offspring, who will probably be fledging soon. I was very fortunate to get a video of one feeding time…try check out those open mouths and their little heads poking out!! Sound up! I hear them chirping all day long, and it’s music to my ears. I’m so grateful that the weather has been so cool. Enjoy!
