And Just Lidat, April is Pau

This rooster was strolling by across the highway as we waited for our food deliveries to arrive. He was totally unconcerned about all the traffic rushing by.

Another glorious dogwood in full bloom on SE Haley Road in Boring.

Daily acrobatic hummingbird.

Another rescue; this time, an orange-crowned warbler, which I’ve never seen before!

Neighborhood goats and sheep!

Another glorious sunset.

I’m so excited to have Violet-Green Swallows nesting on the lānai again!

Gonna start spinning this beauty in May.

Orange crowned warbler! I’ve heard them but never seen one. Did she bang into your window? And how wonderful to have the swallows grace your birdhouse again. The feral chickens in our neighborhood all have dat “ainokea” attitude too. Except when I chase them. And wow, how beautiful is that fiber and that dogwood!
