Today was my fiber guild’s meeting in Damascus at the old school Here are several of the weavings that people in the weaving guild are working on. They’re so talented!

I have never seen an electric spinning wheel! Wow and lovely yarns, as ever 😉 And indeed some gorgeous rugs being woven!!! I used to weave (only spun with a drop spindle hahaha) Very meditative and still love love love the fiber arts oxoxo
There are a lot of espinners on the market now, some are really tiny but spin well. I love that you used to weave and spun on a drop spindle; that takes talent! Mahalo nui for your comment!
Your photos of the hummer against the gorgeous clouds are fantastic. I love the photo of the trees in the misty air on 5/5. And I can never get a good Towhee photo. I saw two of them scratching under a hedge yesterday, but I was too slow and they were too fast for me!
The Towhees are such shy birdies… I hope you’re able to get photos sometime. They’re ground feeders so youʻre looking in the right place!
