January 2nd

Hōkū, da daily pīpī.
Tired old barn on SE Bohna Park Rd in Damascus. Sadly, this property is for sale and I’m worried that they’re going to tear this beauty down.
Daily hummingbird.
Keola in a ball, totally out of it.

January 3rd

Got these beauties today! Shells from home by Traci.
Gym posse. Da kolohe buggahs stay on either side of da normal one. LOL.
Daily hummingbird on a misty morning.
Bessie and Lani Moo, da daily pīpī.
The Junco, daily hummingbird wannabe.

January 4th

Daily hummingbird in the misty morning.
Daily pīpī. I’m not sure where Hōkū was.
Food deliveries today.

Misty trees looking at the backside of our hill along SE Haley Road. This kind of view is one of the things I loved about Oregon when we were driving through the Columbia River Gorge when we moved here from Idaho.

January 5th

Daily hummingbird. See his little feeties?
Our neighbors around the corner just got four sheepies! I’ll try to get a better photo next time. They have a huge fence around their property and it’s hard to get good photos, especially when there’s a car behind me! And I see that our other neighbors have pīpī!

    The ball that is Keola is sooooo cute. I too love the misty photos–really looks like the PNW. And is it my imagination, or is Kiko getting darker? Thanks for sharing!

      I think Kiko is getting a little darker; I think he’s half Hereford, so am not sure if he’ll end up black like the others.
