The Spiral Baby Blankie

Finally I got photos of the round/spiral baby blankie.  I was going to mail it to my brother and sister-in-law for when they would holoholo ka‘a [drive] down to California when the baby came.  Only one problem! The baby decided to come early!  As a matter of fact, the very day I finished the blankie!  My brother and sis-in-law  jumped in the car and hurried down, so I am going mail the a blankie to the new parents instead.  Made from Encore yarn, acrylic and wool, (washable!) color number 31493.

I so happy for the whole ‘ohana [family].  This is the first grandbaby for my brother and his wife, and I want it to be special.

So here is the photo.  I really like the spiral pattern.  I hope this blankie will keep the new little boy cozy and warm, and that his parents feel special too.
