October 13th

Daily hummingbird.

A couple of nani sunset photos. I treasure them because I know the rain is coming soon.

October 14th

Daily hummingbird.
Flying backwards!
Aspen trees across the road.
Our neighbors’ lovely maple trees in all stages of leaf peeping.
New spinning project.
Daily pīpī.

I heard the geese coming, honking as they flew, but couldn’t get my phone out quick enough to catch them overhead.

I also tried to get a photo of the northern lights, but only got this. Sheesh.

October 15th

Daily hummingbird and a zinnia.
Le sigh… had to have a tooth root extracted today; I kept trying to focus on all the fir cones instead of everything else. It wasn’t a fun appointment.

October 16th

Is there a hummingbird hiding back there?
Yes, there sure is! Hiding daily hummingbird.
Daily pīpī. The kids, Kiko and Hōkū.
Bessie.
Maple trees at the bottom of our driveway.
Another lovely sunset.

October 17th

I started a holiday hat.
Food delivery day.
The two mamas. Lani Moo and Bessie.
Four daily pīpī.
Daily hummingbird.
Gray clouds and bright flowers.

    Moki-chan, I’m sorry about your tooth. Those are never fun, are they? I love the photo you got of your neighbor’s maple trees. We just set our hummingbird feeder today and have been enjoying their antics.
