365 Days 2024, September 7-8

September 7th

Daily hummingbird. I’m really going to miss these zinnias when they’re pau blooming for the year.
Daily pīpī. Jake threw over a bale of hay for them and will load the rest into the barn later.

I am so pleased with these sunflower photos!

September 8th

This morning the cows were outside my office and I was concerned they were going to try and break through the fence again.

The Love Lies Bleeding is getting really long!
Zinnia
Jake rode his motorcycle up the hill to check the fence; it was just fine. Whew.

The cows came back up again, but apparently just wanted the shade.
I started spinning this lovely braid today.
And finished plying this one.
Daily hummingbird.

Jake came over to load the hay into the barn, and of course, there was a lot of running that happened.

We’ve had some pretty spectacular sunsets lately.

    Lots of lovely photos again. This time of year the sunrises and sunsets seem to be prettier, and combined with your flowers and hummers – wow!

    I C D B! Two bees, actually! Terrific sunflower and sunset photos. I’m so glad the cows didn’t get out again–sooooo much pilikia!
