365 Days 2023, Numbah Ninety-Eight

December 21st

It was really, really, foggy today, so we took choke photos. So today gets its own post. The day started out with wispy fog. I love when it looks like this.

Heading into Damascus to pick up our food for deliveries, the fog was really thick ahead of us.

K’den…here comes the fog! It got really thick as we headed to our first delivery.

Just before SE 242nd Drive. So cool how the red barn stands out in the fog. It was actually moved here from closer to Damascus.
We were still high above the fog when we got home. Daily hummingbird!

It was amazing how sunny it was in the pasture. Lani Moo, Bessie, and Hōkū.
The fog really moved in on our way home from our Gresham delivery. SE Tillstrom Rd.
SE Sunshine Valley Rd, without neighbors’ beautiful Christmas garland that they put up every year.
The fog was so thick now that we couldn’t even see our house from our road!

At the end of the day, the fog was still thick; we turned on the Christmas lights early so that they would brighten up our view.

    Did you ever read “Fog Magic” when you were a kid? There’s something magical about what fog hides and reveals. I love the fog layers and da pīpī. Mahaloz fo’ sharing!
