Bessie and Lani Moo were behaving themselves in the forest trees. It was a very foggy morning.

Extra points for finding Waldo, the daily hummingbird.

Nolemana: “Hurry!! Call Jake!” Seeing this, I called him right away, apologizing for having to bother him two days in a row. Silly pīpī… all that hay in the barn and she still wanted more variety in her food.

Yup. Lani Moo broke through another part of the fence. This time it was more serious, because she could have headed up and over the hill behind us in the forest, ending up at a neighbor’s house or worse, out on one of the nearby roads. Ack!
She was having the time of her life up there. Nolemana couldn’t get up there to shoo her back,

Fortunately, Jake was nearby and came right over. He hiked up the hill to see where Lani Moo had gotten out and shooed her back to where she belonged.

Then he fixed the fence.

Later that day, I drove into Sandy and on the way home, saw this fog bank as I headed makai.

Jake seems to take it in stride, but definitely pilikia for the humans!
