Da daily pīpī.

However, when the vet and her tech came in, everything changed. For the worse. Kalakoa turned into a little spitfire, she had to be purrito’d in the hopes of being able to get her bloodwork done. But her veins were so tiny and she was so feisty, we decided to put it off for a couple of weeks. I’d tried to get liquid Gabapentin down her previous to her appointment, but it didn’t work. So next I’ll try it crushed in her food or with a pill popper.

It’s so much fun to be able to do these pīpī photos for you, AFK!! I never thought we’d be able to get these kind of close-ups before! Too much fun. ♥♥

Moooo-ray for da pīpī pitchas! Please tell Bessy I said “moo.” Sad for Kalakoa. I understand why she’s mad, but she doesn’t understand why she needs to undergo all that discomfort.
I will definitely give Bessy your message. And you’re right, Kalakoa doesn’t understand. I hope the meds work next time; I think I’ll do a trial run with them when I trim her nails tomorrow.
