Lunch with friends at Heidi’s in Gresham today. These petunias were everywhere and so pretty!
My finished skein of Desert Sage. I’m so pleased with it!
Nolemana and Cos cleaned the fishpond today. The goldfish will be much happier now. So yukky this old water.

June 29th

The house across the road. Supposedly, this is the carriage house where the owners will live while the “big house” is being built. This looks pretty big to me.
Food deliveries.
Goldfinch.
Guess where I am? Yep! Waiting outside for Nolemana while he’s at the retinologist.
This handsome guy kept me company for awhile. I threw him some snacks to keep him there for a bit.
Traffic heading home was horrendous, especially because of huge construction over I-205. So we detoured over the Arch Bridge over the Willamette River in Oregon City. What usually takes us 45 minutes took us twice that long. Mahalo ke Akua for getting us home safely.
You can’t see much of the river, but it’s down there.
This is the Municipal Elevator in Oregon City that takes people from the lower level to the upper level of the town.
I was totally impressed by the name of this guy’s business!
Chree days in a row, just for you, AFK!!
Daily hummingbird at sunset.

Interesting elevator in Oregon City! Nevah saw dat! Big Valley Woods looks like a nice place to check out; the day lilies are beautiful; and I love when people are clever with business names!

Big Valley Woods is really cool; it’s a place for manufactured and mobile homes. There’s a creek running through it, too. I’m gonna do a post about that elevator one of these days.

I’ve seen that elevator from the interstate and wondered what it was! I figured it was some fancy-dancy artsy-fartsy dwelling; ha!

Mahaloz fo da pīpī pitchas! Moooooooooooooooooooooo! So cool, dat elevator. I’ve seen (and ridden) funiculars, but now I wanna try ride dat elevator. And so nani, all your pua. I remember some public interest ad with a character named “Seymour Safely” that reminded me of your C. Moore business.

I’ve never ridden a funicular, but have long wanted to. There’s one in Joseph, Oregon, that I’d love to go on. Now I think I should ride the Oregon City elevator and write a post about it!
