365 Days 2023, Numbah Seventeen

March 21st

Sun just coming up across the valley.
Lovely Mt. Hood view as I travelled back to help Tom sort through Laura’s spinning and knitting stuffs.
Old barn in Eagle Creek.
Boxes and bins of Laura’s fiber and yarn. This is just half of it.
Laura’s project bags, alla stuffs she was going to knit. She had so much planned and it was all so well organized. Wai maka time. She won’t finish any of these.
Jenni and I went out for a coffee break pau all the pricing and sorting. And of course, when I saw these paintings on the wall, I had to take photos for AFK! Love you, sista! Imagine drinking a chai with these beauties looking on!
Daily hummingbird! I was glad I didn’t miss him on such a busy day.

March 22nd

This is Petra and her owner. I had the nicest conversation with them as I left the gym today.
Daffodils coming up on our driveway.

Sunset hummingbird photo overload. Sorry. I couldn’t choose just a few.

Two daily hummingbirds!!

Mahaloz fo’ da pipi pitcha! I love that people think of me when they see cows.
I feel as though Laura had given you a gift by organizing all of her fiber and project materials so nicely. She seems like such a generous person.
Your photo of Mt. Hood is picture-postcard-worthy.
Your sunset hummer photos are terrific. Great light and color.

Laura was a very generous person indeed. One time I was given about 5 huge bags of fleece and I gave them to her because no way did I have time to process them. Just before she died, she gave me a huge bag of processed fiber (different sheepie), and I loved our enthusiasm for alla fiber stuffs.

What a lovely photo of Mt. Hood. As always, they all make me smile. Laura was so organized which proved to be so helpful for all her loving friends and family, I’m sure. oxoxox

Laura was major organized. Her hubby’s sale of her things is on the 15th, and our job is much easier because she was so organized. I was really happy with the mauna photo, too. Mahalo!
