365 Days, Numbah Fifty-Three

October 6th

Daily hummingbird.
Food deliveries. We had all those onions and 2 50-lb bags of potatoes, among other stuff.
Construction on a road on my way to one food delivery.
Bob doing an awesome job repairing our lānai.

October 7th

Low clouds over Sunshine Valley.
Olson’s red barn across the valley.
Daily hummingbird.
Clouds moving in.

October 8th

Bob’s masterful work on the lānai in the front of the house.
Daily hummingbirds. Very blurry, though.
Zooming daily hummingbird.

October 9th

Daily hummingbird landing on the tomato cage.
Bob rebuilding our stairs. Every one had to be replaced.
Daily hummingbird again.

October 10th

Fancy Corvette at da gym today.
Daily hummingbird.
I love how the light shines through the daily hummingbird’s wings!

    So glad da smoke seems pau for this year. I love da photo of da light shining through da hummer’s wings. And isn’t the word “gloaming” a beautiful word? Finally, thank goodness and blessings on people like Bob who have skills and ability to help us to live safely.

      Totally agree about no more smoke!! And yes, “gloaming” is a lovely word. Just the word conveys so much, a special light and atmosphere. I’m glad you picked up on that!
