On this day, I send a special birthday wish to my special friend, Nancy. She and her family sailed from Seattle to Honolulu when she was 11 and I was 12… and we’ve stayed close friends in all the years since. Hauʻoli lā hānau, my friend. I treasure you.

I can’t stop! Daily hummingbird.Food delivery day. We had boxes and boxes of blueberries and raspberries today.See what I mean? My folks were so happy to get them.
Delivery day story: My last stop is the garden center that collects food for the food banks around here. When I got there today, they were thrilled, because the place in Sandy was having people come in for food, but they had none to give away. I was so happy to be able to provide some for the families.
