    I got hooked on watercress while living in HI. Now it’s not so easy to find here.

    I have passed by that farm so many times and known it was a watercress farm, but didn’t know anything about the people who ran it. Thanks for sharing, Moki-chan.

    PS – Beano’s rock group, the Squids? One of the members was the son of my Astronomy prof @ UH. Small world.
