Da Kine, Trying to Catch Up

The beans were coming up in July
Whoo hoo! Our road is getting repaved!!
Spinning Haunui for the first time… I adore this fiber!
Two Flickers at the feeder at the same time.
Finished the Haunui spin.
No fighting… amazing!
Beautiful Coneflowers.
My spinning buddy, Kalakoa.
I started a new spin from FatCatKnits.
Yep, we’re still doing food deliveries to needy folks.
Leroy made this lovely fruit bowl for me from a maple branch that we had cut down.
He also made me this gorgeous yarn bowl from the same branch. (It was a very big branch!)
I finished this lovely spin!
Mural in progress in Estacada, designed by Kerrie Hubbard.
Wowzie… Corvette in Eagle Creek. I like the license, too.
Daily hummingbird at sunset.
The twin fawns are really growing! This was at the bottom of our pasture.
Cute dishtowels hand embroidered by my friend, Dee.
An amazing sunset!
My favorite drink at Bow and Arrow Coffeehouse: a blended peppermint matcha.

  1. Lots of beautiful photos! Both spinning projects are scrumptious, and I LOVE the mural!

What an outstanding photo of Kalakoa. I wish I could reach the screen and scritch her.

Love your photo of the sunset hummer. Great composition.

Wow, the grain on your maple bowls is soooo beautiful.
