365 Days 2024, October 1-4

October 1st

Danny, our wonderful clock doc, came to get our grandfather clock going again. (Blurred fact on purpose.) Nolemana’s dad built this clock from a kit, and when he died, we inherited it; I really love it.

Just a few pīpī photos today. The daily hummingbird was nowhere to be found, though probably we just didn’t connect today.

October 2nd

The quail are back!

Daily pīpī.
Daily hummingbird. I was lucky to catch him flying away.
We get lots of these at the peanut feeder.
Kalakoa and “her” journals. She’s a very literary kitty.

October 3rd

Food delivery day.
Very spread out daily pīpī.
Isn’t it great how the owners of this old pickup fill it with flowers every year?
My friend’s Porcelain vine.

October 4th

See how big it is!
Daily hummingbird! I was outside with him.
Daily pīpī.
Curled up Keola.

Your grandfather clock was literally made by a grandfather. Nice that your clock doc (love that title!) makes house calls.

Wow, the hummingbird let you get close! S/he must trust you. I love that you get to see quail. Do they make cute noises? Your LLB is getting soooooo long! Thank you for sharing your popoki with us.
