365 Days 2024, March 1-2

March 1st

Daily hummingbird.
Daily hummingbird action.

These next few photos… I could see the hummingbird’s head through the clear part of the feeder…it was fascinating, but the photos are pretty blurry.

We were having a mix of rain and snow, and the pīpī were huddled under the fir trees next to the driveway.
Robin in the driveway. They’re all over right now, and I love them!

Holy smoke, the water running down our pasture! We’ve had so much rain lately (good thing).

Juncos at the feeders. I’m so glad they’re still around.

March 2nd

I finished spinning these two bobbins.

Lots of photos today, because…snow!

I threw seed out on the snow for the Juncos.

It snowed really hard for a bit.

Two Juncos!
Daily hummingbird.
Flicker and Junco.
You can really see the white side tail feathers on this one.
They sure did appreciate the seeds here and not having to fight their way on the feeders.

No daily pīpī today…they stayed in the barn all day long.
