365 Days 2023, Numbah Seventy-Nine

October 9th

Daily hummingbird. Flowers still blooming but the tomatoes are pau. And the Rufous Hummingbirds have left for southern climes, so the feeder isn’t nearly as busy now. Only the Annas are here now.
Kahili Ginger in full bloom. It’s fragrance is to die for!
Neighborhood pīpī.

October 10th

October 11th

Kahili Ginger still blooming! I go outside many times a day and inhale for minutes at a time.

      We do! We’ve had it for years; we have five doves in it. I love hearing them coo during the day, and sometimes during the night.

      I really love having the doves. When we had to evacuate, my friend’s sister and her hubby kept them safe for us.
      Yes, natural aromatherapy for sure… I wish they’d last longer. I so miss the gingers from home, yeah?
