About Mokihana
Born and raised Hawaiʻi girl who misses home and loves the Pacific Northwest. I’m a free spirit and love the serendipitous events that bring people and places together.
My philosophy about knitting and life in general:
“It is good to have an end to journey toward, but it is the journey that matters in the end.”Ursula K. Le Guin
Mahaloz fo’ all da pīpī pitchas! Bless Bessie! I’m curious to see what her calf will look like. Soooooo glad we seem to be done with smoke season for the year (insert crossed fingers here).
I think Bessie’s keiki will probably start off brown like Hōkū did. I hope it has a white face, too. Plenny farmers around here have started burning their burn piles so I can still smell smoke, but it’s the pleasant kind, thank goodness.
