This beautiful girl lets me get really close to her!

Andrew was over helping Nolemana do some cleanup; he drove into the pasture to put the trimmings into the burn pile, so the cows had to be locked up while he unloaded. The girls were not happy.

I took a video when Nolemana let them out; I was hoping that they’d be leaping and jumping. They didn’t do that, but they did head right over to the burn pile to feast on the goodies.

On my way back to the lānai after loading my wheel into the car when I was ready to leave, I spotted this lovely butterfly and was so happy I got a photo of it! It’s a Lorquin’s Admiral Butterfly.

Then I got this amazing shot!

That ‘green tunnel’ drive is so special! And the RASPBERRIES; mmmm!
“Green tunnel”… it is that for sure! I love driving up there. And yes, raspberries!! So yummy!!
That *was* a great bird shot! Happy pīpī makes me happy too. The shot of the “green tunnel” reminds of driving up Tantalus. Pretttttty kitties. I’ve never seen that kind of butterfly before–just beautiful. Thanks for sharing!
Yeah, it reminds me of Tantalus, too. That’s where I spent the first four years of my life, so it’s always been a special place to me. I’d never seen that kind of butterfly either, and was so happy I got the photo!
