I was all ova da place lass month!
Nani tree still blooming at da gym. Smells so good! And yeah… I do stop and smell da pua up close.
May Day is Lei Day back home.

Today’s post will contain a plethora of daily hummingbird photos! Because I couldn’t choose just one.

My dental hygienist has these birdhouses outside her window, and we had so much fun watching the chickadees decide whether to set up housekeeping. Libby and I kept stopping the cleaning to comment about what was going on. Best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had!!

May 3rd

Daily hummingbird.

My Gathering friends and I had lunch at Noodleman today. Ho da ʻono!! We all ordered something different and shared. Plate lunch to da max!

I’ve heard that people in Oregon can distinguish more shades of green than any other peeps. I expect this would apply to peeps in Washington, too. I see so many shades here!

May 4th

Food delivery day.
Blooming mustard and the old barn along SE Bohna Park Road in Damascus.
Such a beautiful manu!!! I love having them here.

      I love the Tanagers, too. I’m glad they’ve decided to raise their babies again here this year!

    I especially like all your sakura photos. I never get tired of seeing them. And so jealous you get Western Tanagers! I’ve seen goldfinches in the last month, which has been thrilling. And I *always* love seeing pitchas of yo’ popoki.

      How wonderful that you’ve seen the Goldfinches!!! The males are so beautiful. Last year I had a maple tree full of them chattering…this year not so many. Glad you like da popoki photos, too!
